PlayStation All-Stars delayed to November
More time for polishing, addressing beta feedback given to SuperBot's fighter.
Sony today announced a delay for SuperBot Entertainment's PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale, citing an opportunity to further tune and polish the fighter, as well as address feedback the developers received from players of the game's beta. It will launch Nov. 20, nearly a full month after its originally intended Oct. 23 release date.
"While it is our greatest desire to put this game into the hands of our fans as soon as possible, we do not want to do so at the sake of quality," wrote Chan Park, SuperBot's president, on the PlayStation Blog. "The additional time will be well worth the wait, and are excited to know that our fans will have the ultimate brawler in time for the holiday."
Park also advised fans to stay tuned to Gamescom coverage, as there will be some "exciting" PlayStation All-Stars news surfacing during the conference this week.
