Rockstar's latest gets its first downloadable content pack.

Max Payne 3's first downloadable content pack will launch in July, according to news post on Rockstar's website.

The DLC, called the Local Justice Pack, will launch on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on July 3, while PC owners will have to wait two weeks until July 17 to download it. It'll set you back 480 Microsoft Points (or $5.99) if purchased during its launch week; after that, it'll rise back to a 640 Microsoft Point ($7.99) price. Of course, you won't have to pay for it at all if you purchased Rockstar's season pass for the game.

So what will your $6 (or $8) get you? First, there are the three new multiplayer maps: 55th Battalion HQ, Imperial Palace and Departure Lounge. You'll also get a new weapon (the M4 Assault Rifle), a Light Fingers Item for faster looting and the São Paulo Police Faction.

All pre-order DLC will also become available for download on each platform's respective launch date for Local Justice. These will also be free for season pass owners, but range between 99 cents and $1.99 for users to purchase individually.
