From the start, head right and ride wind gusts up along a series of ledges, being careful not to bump into the enemies that also are floating throughout the area. You'll soon reach a wooden barrel. Drop down the pit to the right from there and hit a bomb block to open a passage so you can obtain a Keychain. Then continue toward the upper right to reach a cannon that blasts you into the next part of the stage.
To your right, you'll see another bomb block. Hit it and start to the right to find a lollipop that grants temporary invincibility. Once you have that, keep running right and ascend along a vertical shaft. Watch left here, for a low shaft lined by spikes. You can start along it and hit a bomb block to keep the shaft going to a small nook where you can grab a Sun Stone. Then you can head back right and ascend a short distance to another cannon that launches you into the stage's third leg.
Here, you'll spot a door to your right, after a bird enemy that you can absorb for the Wing ability. Get that ability if you like, then start toward the door but let yourself drop and fly under the ledge on which it rests. Continue to the right to find a hidden 3D Warpstar that you can ride into the background to access another door.
Enter that door and you're now in a new zone. Head right here and you'll find a door. This leads to a puzzle chamber. You can grab the Arrow ability from the capsule, and tilt your handheld to tilt the circular object at the center. Drop down and stand with your back to the left wall, on the lower level. Aim to the right, at an angle. You want to line up the shaft so that you can fire an arrow along it and hit the target to your upper right. When you hit that target with a shot, you'll reveal an opening. Pass through it to find a chest that contains a Sun Stone.
Now exit back to the main area where you entered the door. Continue right to find a Keychain in a barrel and to catch a ride on the 3D Warpstar to the area foreground. Head right from there and you'll see a star that allows you to catch a ride on a star to the next portion of the stage, but first you need to enter a secret room. It's easy to miss, as it is simply an opening in the face of the cliff, with gusts of wind blowing in front of it. Drop down and press Up to enter that opening and find a secret chamber.
In this room, jump up to place yourself in a cannon. It will launch you to a second cannon. You can tilt your handheld left or right here, so tilt toward the right and line yourself up with a star that the orb enemy in the foreground tries to hide. Launch upward. You will grab numerous stars and the Rare Keychain: Rainbow Drop.
Now head a short distance to the right and ride the nearby star. Once the star deposits you in the new area, the wind will blow you steadily to the right. You can't really resist it, so go with the flow and be ready to strike enemies as you do. There's a 3D Warpstar near the far right side of the passage, so ride it into the background and now you'll be blown back to the left. Flot near the top of the shaft to get blown into a cannon, which launches you to an overhead ledge. There, you want to stick near the top of the shaft to snag a Keychain as wind blows you back right to a 3D Warpstar that sends you to the foreground. Then you'll find yourself helped back left again by more gusts of wind.
You want to stick to the middle of the path this time, which blasts you up to another high ledge. Wind blows you right now, and in the background you should notice the goal door. Let the wind carry you right until you reach a 3D Warpstar. Ride it to the background, then head left and be ready to jump between spiked orbs to grab life-restoring ice cream. Continue left past the goal door and catch a 3D Warpstar back to the foreground. As it blows you right, float up to a ledge to snag a Sun Stone. Then let the wind carry you back to the 3D Warpstar that you used previously. Ride it back to the background once more, and this time you're ready to exit through the goal door.
