I couldn't get through a review of this game without a long diatribe on the whole Michael Jackson thing.

I really enjoyed Sonic 3 more than the rest of the series. I loved the sprawling levels and multiple paths, but it is hard to go back to. After playing Sonic Mania and the glory that is wide screen Sonic, going back to these older games is really hard.
