I had a lot of fun with Wor back when, so it's good to see it get a second lease of life, even if it feels like a particularly random offering. Thanks for giving it a little spotlight -- good review for a game that deserved a bigger following.

Great review, Jason. I actually reviewed Wings of Wor for the site. Incidentally, how well were you able to do without... cheating? I found the game surprisingly difficult and cheap playing straight up in 2021.

Yeah, once I get past the first level or two, I did use the rewind a lot. But I avoided other cheats, and didn't have to rewind as much as you might suppose. It's definitely a difficult game, but the new convenience features do a lot for the experience and make it an experience that's easier to recommend to a wide audience in the present.
