I had never seen The Shining when I first played this, and didn't realize just *how* many cues Don's actor takes from Jack Nicholson's character.

And yes, GK2 is miles better, but since this was one of two games that marked our move from 286 to 486 DX4, it took my breath away all the same, the kind of games now available jumping several generations ahead. (The other game was the original Command & Conquer, in hindsight far superior.)
