Good review. RE4 needs more 10/10 reviews. You may have inspired me to write my own.

Heck yeah the world loves this game. I love it too. I felt like a stingy bastard when I handed the Wii version only an 8/10.

I would give the game a 6/10 or 7/10 at best but it seems everyone on the internet thinks it's amazing. About half of the people I know offline don't care for it too much.

6/10? Do you even like the genre? If so--which games are better?

I probably don't like the genre and am missing the point (this is why I'll never review it), because what bothered me is what everyone else loved. I wish you can move faster than limping around the map, not being able to slightly turn while shooting sucked (actually not being able to move period sucks) and by part 3 the premise made the whole game seem repetitive. I stopped playing there so maybe it gets better, but since the game's mechanics bothered me I probably still won't like it.

Ah, I see. Good of you not review it then. I mean the whole "I don't like the genre" and "I think I'm missing the part" admissions.

I don't hate the genre, but I know if I review the game everyone would think that the flaws I picked out is what made the game so great. To me they are what made it repetitive and frustrating.
