That sucks. Call Microsoft and tell them to come round and fucking sort it. Use those exact words. I just hope mine doesn't break down.

The reason I haven't bought a 360 yet is because I'm afraid of early console bugs. It happened with my Xbox, and it happened with my PS2. But at least it's still under warranty. My Xbox (which I purchased at launch) worked for two years until is started having problems.

Janus is right, contact Microsoft and they should take care of it. Good luck with everything.
