Calamity! After the devestation
of Legacy of War, Ray Poward has
been struggling to maintain his
reputation as a Hard Corps badass.
His future as a Contra protagonist
is in jeopardy, and the status
of the series is in turmoil.

However, there is hope on the horizon!
The follow-up has the potential
to set things straight and restore
peace and prosperity to the Contra name.
Ray Poward also gets a second chance,
as well, so epic celebrations could be in order...

Removed Section 2: Mr. President of Konami

I have a theory about this, however, one that makes perfect sense: the president of Konami hates Ray Poward. He's a hardcore Bill Rizer fan, and when he saw that Ray starred in the best Contra game of the evers, he got super duper jealous. Mr. President then gave the original Hard Corps development team something to work on, and when they were in mid-development, he hired a bunch of dolphin lovers to make Legacy of War!

I see right through your schemes, President of Konami!
