Just found out that Shinji Mikami's new studio, Tango Gameworks, has been bought by Bethesda. Link with silly Shinji trying to look cool.
Well, this was a surprise for me... since I still thought he was with PlatinumGames. Goes to show how much I keep up with video game news >_>. Seems like a smart move on Bethesda's part, considering Mikami has a knack for making very interesting games.

zippdementia - October 29, 2010 (07:52 PM) Well, in all fairness, that video only shows three glitches... it just shows them over and over from different angles. A bigger disappoint me to me is how much the game looks like a copy of Fallout 3. But maybe that's just the graphics. I hope to all the gods they changed the actual game progression and level design. EDIT: I like my error here. I think I'll keep it around. Disappoint me to me. Awesome. |

dementedhut - October 29, 2010 (10:25 PM) Since this topic is already going in 500 directions, I just want to say I got a kick out of reading Mikami's profile on the Tango Gameworks website, especially the first two dates: 1965 - Born in Yamaguchi Prefecture 1990 - Joins Capcom Co., Ltd Those first 25 years of his life were pointless! |
