I'm still trying to figure out if this was a train wreck or a success. My original intention was to only write a review for Vol. 1, but thanks to a goof, I realized I somehow wrote a review describing both Volumes. I noticed this the second I finished writing it, too. Sucks, because I thought the original review came out pretty well.

So after noticing this, I ultimately decided to just write reviews for both games. I took out segments from the original review, edited them a bit, then placed them in the right reviews, next to newly-written paragraphs. And whenever I thought I was finished with both, I always somehow found something that didn't sound right or thought of something that should have been included. I just wanted to get my point across without sounding like some lunatic, which was pretty hard to do. I eventually settled with the versions you're seeing now, which I dub as the "kind" versions of the reviews.

Also, these are the first two HG-exclusive reviews I've done in a very long time. I don't even know if I still have other exclusive reviews up. I remember my Ninja Gaiden review being one for awhile, but I took the exclusiveness out of that a little later. I made it a habit to always post reviews both on GameFAQs and HonestGamers, but I started getting tired of it. I wanted to start a few reviews back, but I figured I would finish the Ace Combat reviews before doing it.
