What's with all the under the radar disc releases of Live Arcade titles?

Symphony of the Night is getting a disc release on the 360, along with Frogger and Super Contra.

There's also a Vol. 2 being released the same day, according to Amazon, and oddly, the first Contra is on that disc (link).

Heh, the only reason I found these titles was because I was looking for K games to review.

I also got Qubed, but the most time I spent with it was with Lumines Live. I didn't get a chance to dive into E4 and Rez that much.
