I didn't even plan on playing or writing for this game. I just remembered two days ago how terrible High-Tech World was and how fun SMB2 was, then decided to write about them.

I do think it's worth mentioning that SMB2 was considered such a success that the Japanese begged to have it released over there (technically, again) with the Mario characters placed in. SMB2 is pretty awesome. I never played Miracle what's-his-face Kidd but I've now read the two reviews for this game and am thoroughly convinced it sucks hard.
