You've probably seen it too, it's been used in the Ninja Gaiden Sigma ads online and in tv commercials:
"The REAL reason you bought a PS3." - PSM
Really?
I mean, I know the game has quite a number of additons to it, but... really?
I can't see myself buying a $600 system for a game that originally came out in 2004. It's just an absurd thing to say.

honestgamer - July 03, 2007 (11:07 PM) I think the point behind that quote is to communicate that Ninja Gaiden embodies the sort of cool that people were expecting when they purchased a PS3. It's got some pretty beefed up graphics, from what I hear, and for a lot of people that quote would make sense. They wanted a graphical power house, and that's what they get from Ninja Gaiden Sigma. |

Halon - July 04, 2007 (07:06 AM) This is like the second time they're remaking the game. I still never played it the first time; played through some of the original and quit because I didn't like it. I own Black so maybe I'll try it again some other time. |

Genj - July 04, 2007 (08:20 AM) Well I heard Sigma is one of the best selling PS3 games, which is really sad for Sony. |
