About Me: Sorry, but I haven't yet shared the information about myself that would typically display here. Check back later to see if that changes, or if I instead choose to remain an enigma. |
I rented and watched Aliens VS Predator: Requiem. It was terrible. My biggest complaint was that it was too dark. In most action scenes you couldn't even tell what was happening. I wasn't expecting this to be very good, but I didn't think I'd be watching one of the worst movie I'd seen in the last year.
Just picked up Persona 3 FES and the Mega Man X collection. I have pretty high expectations for Persona after hearing everyone rave about it. I reserved the Wii Fit too.
The illegal alien stuff at the bottom is pretty ridiculous. Combine the wasted money on Iraq with what we spend on illegal aliens along with all other wasted money and it's easy to see why we are in such bad shape.

Remember the election in 2006? Thought you might like to read the
following:
A little over one year ago:
1) Consumer confidence stood at a 2 1/2 year high;
2) Regular gasoline sold for $2.19 a gallon;
3) The unemployment rate was 4.5%.
Since voting in a Democratic Congress in 2006 we have seen:
1) Consumer confidence plummet;
2) The cost of regular gasoline soar to over $3.50 a gallon;
3) Unemployment is up to 5% (a 10% increase);
4) American households have seen $2.3 trillion in equity value evaporate
I checked youtube for a song from bleach that I though was kind pretty funny. It gets played during some fight scenes and I thought it would pump you all up....
I then stumbled upon this. Bleach the Rock Musical. It gets pretty good towards the end.
Gateway FX7026 at Best Buy for $1179.98
Processor - Intel Q9300
Graphics - GeForce 8800GT
4gb ram upgradeable to 8gb
Comes with 19in monitor(I'd be giving that to my wife)
This seems like a pretty good deal. I guess there is only a 400w power supply with it. If you subtract the monitor and what you would pay for Vista this sounds really good.
I have never had good luck with a pre-built though.
I have officially been married for 1 year today. The last year has went unbelievably fast, but it's been a fun one. But more importantly...
I saw two of the best mullets ever at the trivia contest. One was an older guy going gray with a flowing mullet that went almost half way down his back. He was trying to hit on two younger girls in the bar by asking them for help working the juke box. The next was at a family restaurant the next morning. This beauty was an a middle age lady. Short permed hair on top and a little party in the back.
I wish I had pictures
Im in Steven's Point, WI for the "worlds biggest trivia competition." It started Friday and goes nonstop until sunday evening. There are 400some teams and basically a question is asked on the radio, you then have two songs to find the answer and call it in. You can use any resource you want to find the answers(usually google), but a lot of questions are almost impossible to find online.
Points are awarded for each question based on how many teams got the anser right. If almost everyone gets it right, the question is worth 5 or 10 points. If almost no one gets it, it can be worth over 500 points.
I'm here because my wife's family has been doing for a long time and I have to go. It's interesting , but I am REALLY bored.
