hmmmmmmmmm.....5-6 years in the making and the game gets an 8.5........i was expecting something near the 10 mark coz polyphony is all about perfection and i guess that 5-6 should give u enough time to make something spectacular......
seems like Gran Turismo 5 has ended up being a documentary about cars rather than a game......

Leroux - November 25, 2010 (02:14 PM) I picked this up and had to go home for Thanksgiving before I could even play it. Anxiously awaiting getting to pop it in. I did squeeze in an hour of Splatterhouse Tuesday night though, and I didn't see any reason fans would be disappointed. It definitely earns bonus points for not subjecting me to a stupid tutorial. |

honestgamer - November 25, 2010 (03:16 PM) I somehow missed the fact that Splatterhouse was released already. I'm looking forward to seeing more detailed thoughts on that game from this community. Please don't disappoint me! I also picked up Gran Turismo 5, but like others, I haven't actually had time to play it. I'm not sure that even once I do have time to play it, I'll ever get around to reviewing it. From what I hear, it's a lengthy game with a lot of great stuff that isn't available until you've played for a long while. I will probably just play it to enjoy it unless it really grabs hold of me more than most games do these days. |
