zippdementia - August 27, 2010 (10:40 PM) I really did enjoy Starcraft 2, though I'll be honest and say that it was much more cliché than the original game. Maybe it's just that I work with script writers all the time but personally I found Raynor's speech to be very "blah." Glad you had fun, though. I'd recommend the original but I don't think you'd like it. It doesn't have the graphical appeal of the new one, nor the intelligence of mission design. Brood Wars is closer, but still isn't... well, as fun! I was intrigued by the final twist in the story, especially for what it may mean for Heart of the Swarm and I very much enjoyed the retelling of Kerrigan's fall. I just got into the multiplayer aspect. Just on practice mode right now, but I've yet to lose a match. I'm kind've making a serious job of this... I study every battle, observing what the enemy has done wrong and what I could tighten up. Some things I've learned.... check my blog. |
