I'm moving to Oregon at the end of September and my girlfriend and I need to trim down our possessions and fund our trip. I hate to spam, but I'm selling games, books and movies and I'm willing to negotiate the price with any of you on anything you might be interested in. If you're looking for stuff, please help us out and check out the links!
Books, DVDs and Movies on Glyde.
My eBay page (PS1 games, mostly).
Thanks!

True - August 29, 2010 (06:19 PM) I'm curious about two things: 1. How much do you want for Condemned 2 and 2. What did you think of the Inheritance Cycle (which was a trilogy, but expanded so Paolini could make even more money)? |

asherdeus - August 29, 2010 (10:31 PM) 1. I'm pretty sure I already sold that. For whatever reason, Glyde adds sold products to your collection, thus leaving them on your page. This is the second time this has happened. 2. The story is OK in the Eragon books, but the writing isn't very good, at least through the first two novels. The third book definitely started to feel like it was dragging (800 pages and there's very little main plot movement until the last 100 or so pages) and the series is taking far too long between books. The most recent book came out two years ago. The gap between Eldest and Brisingr was long enough that I forgot who some of the characters were and felt like I was spending half of the book just playing catchup. I couldn't even tell you the main villain's name. That said, I don't regret having started the series and I will certainly pick up the next book to see where it goes. |

True - August 29, 2010 (11:10 PM) 1. Damn it all. I'll look through again. There may be something I'm after. 2. Galbatorix...I think, was his name. Though I'm not surprised that you don't remember him, as it's been three books already and he's not appeared once. He's just talked about, like some cheap Voldemort knock-off. Like you, I will probably buy the fourth book but I have the same complaints about the first three. |
