I was always a fan of Jerec's jerecis@hotmail.com, though - and of course there's the classic example, which may or may not be legitimate, of beernbj@myplace.com - which if the story is to be believed was the direct result of company policy on initials and last name for e-mail addresses and fully unintentional.
