I could have sworn it was a PC exclusive. My day just got, like, a million times better.

Yeah it was PC exclusive for awhile, but I'm pretty sure they announced a 360 version quite some time ago and then later announced that they'd be simultaneous rather than a much later 360 port.

This is what happens when you routinely ignore the articles I've been posting for Dragon Age: Origins... I'm hyped for that game. Looks good.

It's also coming out for PS3, if I recall.

That surprises me, because I can't remember the last time a BioWare game was released on a Sony system.

Think it lost its PC exclusivity (if this isn't a word I'm making it one now) around when Mass Effect 2 lost its Xbox exclusivity.

The game looks good and maybe I'll get it eventually. I just no longer have the energy to devote to these super long and involving games anymore.

BioWare has stated that the PlayStation 3 version of the game will be released on November 17, 2009.

Huh. Why the delay, I wonder?

I couldn't play a rpg in that style on a console....couldn't adapt even to the Baldur's gate on PS2 which as made as a console game. Can't say why. Some games just seem to work better to me on a pc(just like jrpgs or some such seem to work better on a console).

I believe the delay is because BioWare wants to optimize the settings for the PS3 system. After all, it's been proven that, technologically speaking, the PS3 is beyond the Xbox360. To simply port the game from the lesser system would leave the PS3 version running weak.

Bahaha, yeah, enjoy your slightly more vibrant colors, Zipp. I'll enjoy playing it two weeks early :)

Baha, I'll be writing a thesis and having loads of research sex when it comes out so I can't play it anyway!
