They've reverted back to the old system while keeping the new one. And, having hit all three spy milestones on my own time, I found all three in my inventory today.

You're forgiven, Valve. We'll forget this whole incident ever happened.

I only have like 8 spy achievements and 1 sniper achievement because I've been playing pyro all week (nothing beats holding down the left mouse button and getting random kills). I guess this is another excuse to get me playing this game again.
