Ultimately, the only way this affects him is that before he had a bag of lizard crap and now he doesn't. It says he even completed his PHd and such. If all of the information that can be gleaned from the crap has been gleaned and he's received any compensation that he should for having collected the stuff in the first place, what's his reason for wanting it now? Sentimental attachment? Or is he just delighted at the prospect of suing someone for throwing out crap?
