Alicia Ashby says: "The character imbalance may irk some fans but doesn't actually make the game less fun, and for the most part Persona 4 has its own identity, plot, and tone wholly independent of Persona 3's. Given what a massively influential title Persona 3 was, and how easy it would've been to make the entirety of Persona 4 about reminding you how much you liked Persona 3, the fact that Persona 4 is an actual interesting game in its own right is really a bit extraordinary."

dragoon_of_infinity says: "Think back to a normal day in high school. Specifically, remember the routine. Every day, you wake up, you go to class, eat lunch, take tests, talk to friends, and do the same thing you've done a thousand times in real life. Yet through some trickery, it's actually a great game that excels in taking the mundane and making it exciting. "

venfayth says: "If someone were to ask me what I thought the most fulfilling game I’ve ever played was, I would tell them that without a doubt it is Persona 4. Persona 4 is far and away the most fleshed out and satisfying RPG I have ever played in just about every single way. Categorically speaking this game is flawless. "
