Sengoku Denshou review (Sega CD)

Reviewed August 20, 2012

Pat Floyd says: "Sengoku is a trippy brawler that inserts samurai and folklore demons into modern-day Japan, interrupted by a few interludes where the player leaps up into heaven to fight even more monsters. This bizarre series of events is explained as being due to Nobunaga Oda. That clears everything up."

Sengoku Denshou review

overdrive says: "During the age of Neo-Geo arcade and home video games, SNK was quite fond of cranking out shooters and brawlers of all shapes and sizes. Whether they were putting mollusk heads on generic thugs in Mutation Nation or creating a new Contra in Metal Slug, one thing seemed clear — whether you liked or disliked the games, you WOULD notice them.
