I don't think so. I think everyone thought that (myself included), but when you cash in on something you don't as good a job with the material as they supposedly have. Or rather, I should say, even if they WERE cashing in... does that make it a bad game? That would be like saying Mario Galaxy sucks because Nintendo is "cashin' in."
Cashing in has nothing to do with how good a game is. It's how the cash-in is handled, how the game is made and developed, that decides that.
totally agree with u that there is no harm in cashing in but it also means u arent being as creative as u should be.....maybe they could have made goldeneye 2 with an original storyline, a sequel of sorts.....i dont know......
I'll be picking up a copy by the end of the month. I'll review it a week or two after.
