I'm best known for my extensive work in the fields of this and that. I tend to be better at that, though I have more fun with this.
I'm an odd jobber with an even personality who isn't afraid to roll with the punches but prefers to dodge them when able.

haha. Man, I actually feel kind of bad for you right now. =/ I mean, normally all that's happened today wouldn't seem unusual, but since it's your birthday, that's just not fun. I know I wouldn't be in the best of moods if my birthday went as lousy as that. Well, as lousy as it seems from the internet portion of it.
I hope you managed to have some fun at least. I personally hate birthdays anymore. I find them underwhelming. =/

My birthday is three days from now. I hope that mine goes better than yours does.
Criticism is a tricky business and we all know each other pretty well here, so I think we tend to read more into lines of criticism than we would if we were strangers. I'm not sure I would trade the dynamic we have here for any other one, though, even if sometimes it's so frustrating that I want to scream at the sky. There's a lot of potential to learn and to improve for all of us and I see enough people doing both of these things that I'm willing to forgive occasional drama and such.

I really love this site, Jason. I think you do a good job of maintaining the site and keeping together a very creative bunch of people. Egos are bound to get bruised with you work with creative personalities.
My goal is just to work things out so that I can continue to contribute to the site in as efficient and helpful a manner as possible. I'm willing to work hard to make myself fit in with that.
I do think there are some people here who are working against me because they have taken issue with me or my methods. That kind've sucks, and I hope we can work that out. It's childish, too. But it happens.
Hey, I'm also reading through your book right now! I'm enjoying it!
Wolf Queen, thanks for the well wishes! A birthday is just another day, really. This day happened to be a little bit of an unexpected downer, but whaddyagonnado? I hope class is going well for you! I don't even know if you've started again! I know I have... it's looking to be a busy one! Starting my thesis very soon!

Yeah, I'm back. Been 'back' for about three weeks-ish. Still busy, though I've fallen behind too much and now appear to be in bad shape. Or, at least, I'll really be rushing my papers and things and killing myself with (nearly) all-nighters and the like. It's my own fault, though, really. There was a period of about a week where I had absolutely no motivation to do anything at all for some reason, even though I felt relatively fine. And the rest of the time I've either been sick or had something else going on (like right now). If what's been bothering me the past week is just allergies or whatever like the nurse at the clinic told me, then I'm really fucking weak. Oh well.
Anyway, hope that stuff goes well for you. Personally, I'm tired of school about now so I know I wouldn't have the ambition or motivation to write a thesis or any other such large research project.

Undergraduate school will tire you out! I have to say, I never pulled an all-nighter, but then I didn't have the kind of grades you do. You should really be proud of the hard work you've put in. Just make sure you have time to discover who you are outside of the classroom!

I'm now determined to buy you something Super Special for your Birthday.

Zipp, for the record:
I love your feedback style. You may alter it to appease a vocal butthurt minority, but when you comment on my reviews don't hold back.

Cheers, mate. I'll make sure to ass-rape your reviews on a regular basis.
I'll always have love for team Will.
