zippdementia I'm best known for my extensive work in the fields of this and that. I tend to be better at that, though I have more fun with this.

I'm an odd jobber with an even personality who isn't afraid to roll with the punches but prefers to dodge them when able.

Title: WHAT IS THIS SONG?!
Posted: March 24, 2009 (03:13 PM)
It used to play on the radio quite a bit.

The lyrics I remember went something like:

I ain't got time
to get up again
you're never gonna get me down

Dancing the night away
Just dancing the night away..."

Anyone know what I'm talking about? Help a lost soul!

People around here (HG) tend not to like that song, for some reason. Probably because it wasn't huge when they were in high school like it was for me. I love the song and have the CD. Really interesting stuff, and that's far from the only good song on the album!

Tubthumping by Chumbawamba, an anarchist-punk bad. I don't like the song but they have written some good stuff. Too bad that's their only single that made the mainstream.

It was on during my highschool years, too, and I've heard it every few months since. Finally picked it up off you tube. Yeah, it's a great song, IMO.

It was like, the theme song of the World Cup of 1998, so well known around these parts.

I like that song. Then again my taste in music wasn't fully developed in third grade. (Or whenever this was popular. Long time ago.)
