Diddy Kong Racing review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownThere are levels built with each of the three vehicles in mind, and they work marvelously. The hovercraft is my personal favorite. It's fun to whip across a pool of water as a shortcut while your opponents must drive around it. Also, the levels designed specifically with that ride in mind often allow you to go rushing down rivers, avoiding logs and in general having a good, wet time. Many of the levels feel quite different from one another in part because of such deviations from the norm. |

Aidyn Chronicles: The First Mage review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownI anticipated this game as being one of the best ever to pass onto the Nintendo 64. I reserved it, and got it the very first day it was released, and that was where it started going downhill. The first castle you enter, where I spent hours upon hours trying to search for the king, I learned that Aidyn was not at all what I expected, and it never improved from that. |

Donkey Kong 64 review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownI was disappointed that this didn't live up to the high standard of the SNES' DKC series, but I discovered there was a huge gaming world out there waiting to be explored. |

Goldeneye 007 review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownAll I can say is that I'm glad Natalya didn't have a larger role in this production, or it might well have been ruined. Another thing I'm thankful for is the multi-player mode. It's both a reason to play the one-player campaign (you can unlock extra arena features) and a game of its own. I've played several first-person shooters since, and I always check out the battle arenas because I love the ones in GoldenEye. But so far, none beat what you'll find here. |

Castlevania review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownCastlevania 64 changed the way the Castlevania series worked, with its 3D enviroment. Some people did not like the change in graphics but it gave a new feel to the series. Castlevania 64 is derived from the classic games, and it should definitely stand tall with those past games. |

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownThe game seems to focus a lot on Link’s character. Tatl (the fairy) in particular does an excellent job commentating, and was much more interesting than Navi. The notebook system also lets us see the more human (or Hylian, as the case may be) side of Link. |

Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownCastlevania: Legacy of Darkness (CLOD) came as a prelude to Castlevania 64, but in most ways they are the same game. CLOD had Castlevania 64 in it with more levels and two more characters. Castlevania 64 was a great game, but had something to be desired, Legacy of Darkness fixed that and more. |

Chameleon Twist review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownJust for the fascinating tongue gymnastics you get to perform it's worth a rent for platformer fans, but others won't find any endearing qualities in this boring, average disappointment. |
||
Conker's Bad Fur Day review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownYes, Conker was in Diddy Kong Racing. Yes, he was in Pocket Tails. And yes, he is the star of the poo filled, parody filled, adult themed NINTENDO 64 game, Bad Fur Day. |

Harvest Moon 64 review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownMy friends will always insult me for playing a farming video game. They would say it was the only thing worse than farming, is simulation farming. I'd laugh, because I knew what they were missing. This game is personally one of the best games for the N64, and possibly the greatest simulation game ever. I mean there is so much to do per day, and somehow it does not get repetitive. Harvest Moon 64 is one of the ultimate video games. |

Hybrid Heaven review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownRPGs are few and far between on the N64. In fact, the only ''traditional,'' turn-based RPG is the festering boil that is Quest 64. Enter the unorthodox Hybrid Heaven, a solid, sci-fi RPG with a Matrix meets Metal Gear Solid visual look. |
||
Star Fox 64 review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownI congratulate Nintendo for creating one of the most addictive, fun games I've come across in ages. But the fact that it's half as long as it should be, and far too easy to boot, dampens the experience to considerable effect. |

Donkey Kong 64 review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownDonkey Kong 64 follows closely the tried-and-true Mario/Banjo-Kazooie action-adventure philosophy, and, to enter new levels, you not only need to defeat the bosses, but you also need to collect golden bananas, which you will get when you solve certain puzzles or perform special tasks. |
||
Yoshi's Story review (N64)Reviewed on Date Unknownit's simply well-designed mediocrity. |
||
Doom 64 review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownIf there's a bad point about Doom, in some people's eyes, it's that the series remains largely unchanged. This game won't change their minds. However, if you have played a Doom game and enjoyed it, then give this one a shot. It's a pretty safe bet that you'll enjoy this one too. |

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownIf you play your cards right, don't abandon the classic formulas, and continue to innovate, anything is possible, as shown in this, one of the best games ever created - on any system - The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. |

Dr. Mario 64 review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownOn the other hand, it is pleasantly addicting. It’s fairly relaxing to play, and it’s nice to watch you progress towards victory. Tetris may be harrowing and frantic at times, but this is much more laid back. |

Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownAfter endless delays, Atlus has finally brought us Enix's vast RPG epic. Does it end the RPG drought on the N64? Not exactly, but it's still a strong effort that fans will thoroughly enjoy. |

F-Zero X review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownThis was one of the four games I got with my Nintendo 64 system. I was originally interested because of the cast of 30 interesting characters. I originally read about this game from a Nintendo Power magazine, and it looked stunning. This is one game I have not stopped playing sense I recieved it almost 2 years ago. |

Star Fox 64 review (N64)Reviewed on Date UnknownI am no fan of shooters, even the old fashioned plane shooters, but Star Fox is the exception. I love this game, and it is in my mind one of the reasons to get a Nintendo 64. This game is extremely fun, and it is very intriguing. The battles are fun, and you will find yourself zooming through again and again. |
