My roommate leaves his used condoms in the trash can in our room. Pretty disgusting, cuz, you know, I would never want to be near anything that was inside his girlfriend.

I hope that he at least wraps them in toilet paper or something. You're supposed to throw them out, but that's sick if he's just letting it sit on top of the garbage for all to see.

EDIT - Wait, is his girlfriend fat and/or smell like fish that's been left out in the sun? If so, I may have to change my answer.
