Look what I got
May 05, 2008

For how much I complain about my day job, it does have it's uses. Just look at the games I managed to pick up this week.

God of War 2 - free
Mass Effect - free
GTA IV - $25

and the coup de grace...

Suikoden II - $30

Have you paid $27 for PC Denjin yet?

Damn, that's sweet. Those first two should be worth it in and of themselves. I don't really like GTA, and I'm completely unfamiliar with Suikoden.

I haven't heard of the first three, but I think you overpaid for Suikoden II.

Could you snag me a copy of GTA4 for 360 if you can get one cheap?

I'm still mad I didn't buy the first two Suikodens. I borrowed part one from you and 2 from someone else.

I'll keep an eye out for you. GTA IV is all our customers are talking about lately, so more copies are sure to flow.

Hey Genj. Did you not like Suikoden II? It's my third favorite RPG, and it usually goes for $100+.

Hey, Pup.....here's an idea. If you give me that $30 copy of Suikoden II, I'll send you, I dunno, Vagrant Story or that second Spyro game (if I still have it) Summoner or some early 2000s Madden or something. I'd go further into my collection, but the ad that's popped up on this page has some kid with a whacked-out facial defect and I'm getting way too Cinco de Mayo'd out to handle shit like that. Jebus.....I'll be havin' more nightmares tonight.....

daff, you shouldn't feel too bad about not having the Suikoden games. If you borrowed them from a friend at the time and they didn't impress you to buy them, then it's probably more their rarity that attracts you now than it is the amount of fun you'd have playing through them again (though the first Suikoden in particular is a really great game that I actually like more than the second).

I loved both, I just didn't buy that many games back then. I worked at McDonald's and then a department store and was dividing my money between games, movies, cds, concerts, and a few other things rebellious high school kids spend their money on.

Hopefully both games will downloadable eventually.

Yeah Magic Cards were really expensive.

The sad part is I bought Magic Cards. I don't know why I am posting this, but I did.
