Not bad. Reading this reminds me of D&D Dragonstrike and Dragon Spirit for the NES.
I've never played a Panzer Dragoon game, so those two games pop into mind when I hear about a dragon themed rail based shooter.
The review may be a bit short, but this sounds like a simple game. Maybe there isn't a whole lot more to it. Again, I haven't played the game, so I'm not sure.
