You should try out veoh.com and see if that works any better than youtube for you. The screen size is bigger and the quality is better.
Just run a test video to see if veoh vids work with the Watcher intro and they do. Hurrah!

Whatever service is used, there's an absolute size restriction of 465 pixels wide for any videos. YouTube's are 425, which work out to the perfect size. There's also a larger built-in audience which gives them more exposure on that side of things, too. It's often the case that the superior software has the smaller audience. I'd imagine that's the case here, but it's one more thing to keep in mind.

Well, I just tried it, and, it's nice that it's clearer than youtube, but, I'm not really digging the framerate. It's a little bit on the choppy/laggy side.
