Invalid characterset or character set not supported
In order to exit each floor, I need to destroy every Octy in a floor, then I can leave through a tunnel. Sounds easy, but they shoot back at my character, as well as release a ton of enemies that follow me around until I destroy them. Adding to the tension is a ton of random appearing enemies. Some appear on ceilings, falling on the player, others come dashing out of the left or right side of the screen, and then there are bullets that just materialize.
Now, Floor 10 has this tight area where three Octy are stationed right beside one another. So you can imagine the clusterfuck that's happening in this specific section: three Octy are shooting and releasing enemies at the same, with more enemies randomly appearing from every section of the screen. It's impossible to get by this part without an insane amount of luck and a tiny ounce of skill to back you up.
You're going to need all your lives, a big lifebar, and a fully powered gun.
The problem with this is that two of those things happen at random. Whenever you destroy an Octy, they leave behind some kind of pod that you have the option of opening up. You never know what's inside. It's either a pellet that gives you points (yay...), a Paccet, a weapon upgrade, or Pac-Man's butt ugly clone that will hurt you if you're not fast enough to move out of the way. A Paccet is vital, because they help add extra health to your bar. Now here's the crazy part: after completing a floor, you'll go into this quick mini-game you're forced to play, where there's a spinning roulette-esque wheel that needs to be stopped. Some parts have nothing on it, others have Paccets, which give you an additional bar to your health, and then there are parts that will take away a lifebar. It's as stupid as it sounds...
In conclusion, this game, specifically, the 10th floor, is masochistic. I can't see myself beating this unless I'm playing a rom and save stating.
