Wow, Bomberman Live sure got hostile since the last time I played...
January 15, 2008

Within an hour's span of playing online, I've been kicked out of a lobby because someone thought I was some old guy pretending to be a girl (?!), been kicked out of another lobby group just because I didn't have a mic, been called a fag, and after winning a game, someone told me "good job, you greasy fuck, now get the fuck out" in a very pissed off tone.

I stayed at that victory screen for 40 seconds after he said that, of course.

Did you vote on the most recent site poll? :-)

Behavior on Xbox Live really is a problem. People just sign on to be buttheads. Doesn't prevent me from playing online, though. In fact... I paid for another year of online this January and I haven't even used it. :-(

Yeah. Sadly, all the pre-teen yanks got 360's for Xmas and XBL is now a shitty place full of retards.

Halo 3 has gone from a place where people congratulated you on good shots to a place where whiny pricks call you all manner of names in their high-pitched, balls-not-yet-dropped voices.

No, but oddly, that's one of the first things I thought about when making this entry.

And yeah, I've noticed a change of tone in Halo 3's multi starting 2 or 3 days before Christmas. There are still decent people in the game, but I've noticed an increase of arrogant and whiny players since then.

I enjoy being a dick to random people on Live. It's fun.
