My Backlog
June 17, 2015

So, I kind of realized today that I occasionally talk about my backlog of games as this monstrous behemoth I'll never finish off. Mainly due to how every time I beat a game or three, I find myself buying a half dozen more.

So, I figured for shits and giggles, I'd just post my entire backlog. Stuff like ROMs and the like don't count -- this is just games I own an actual copy of or have on download (XBLA and Steam). Along with a few notes whenever appropriate.

Avadon: The Black Fortress
Avadon 2: The Corruption
Avernum: Escape From the Pit (noticed that Avernum 2 was released on Steam fairly recently...)
Eschalon: Book 1 (Currently playing)
Eschalon: Book 2
Eschalon: Book 3

Dragon Warrior VII
Final Fantasy Tactics (beaten many years ago, but I'd have to replay it if I ever wanted to review it in an attempt to make Emp's head explode from rage)
Front Mission 3 (Currently playing)
Grandia (beaten many years ago, but I really want to give it another go in the future)
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver (re: Grandia)
Medal of Honor Underground
Metal Gear Solid (I'd say "re: Grandia" except I have no desire to replay this one)
Spyro the Dragon
Spyro: Year of the Dragon

Final Fantasy X-2
God of War
God of War 2
Kingdom Hearts
Medal of Honor Frontline
Mega Man Anniversary Collection
Mega Man X Collection
Mega Man X Command Mission (a Mega Man RPG? SIGN ME UP!)
Odin Sphere (Currently playing)
Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne

WII (easier, since I haven't had this one long and there only are a handful of games I'm overly interested in)
Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess
Super Mario Galaxy 2
Xenoblade Chronicles (Currently playing)

DS/3DS (also haven't had this one long)
Bravely Default (Currently playing)
Etrian Odyssey Untold: Millenium Girl (Currently playing)
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D
New Super Mario Brothers
Pokemon Shuffle (diversion I'm ready to review when I get the free time)
Radiant Historia
Shin Megami Tensei IV (Currently playing)

360 (this will take a while)
Alone in the Dark (got by accident because dipshit GameStop clerk put that disc in the case when I tried to buy Alpha Protocol and I didn't realize this for a year or two)
Alpha Protocol (used Amazon for take two)
Apple Jack (indie game I may or may pick up again; not bad, but just not overly inspiring)
Beyond Good and Evil HD
Darksiders II
Deus Ex: Human Revolution (Currently playing and nearly done, as I'm in the place with the crazy people who just mindlessly charge you)
Diablo III Ultimate Evil Edition
Dragonl Age II
Eternal Sonata
Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition
Grand Theft Auto V
Last Remnant
Lego Indiana Jones (came with the system when I bought it, I dunno, 6-7 years ago...still haven't played more than the first stage)
Mass Effect Trilogy
Rayman Origins
Record of Agarest War
Record of Agarest War Zero
Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection
Venetica (all those good games above and this will be next for this system due to the Alphabet Marathon...sigh)
Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition

If I don't ever buy anything else, I should be through these by 2050 or so!

Whoops! Also forgot Magicians and Looters for 360, an indie game I'm reasonably close to completing. My bad!

If you want an idea what my backlog looks like, take a peek at my game collection on my blog and figure somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 of the listed titles are in my backlog, along with dozens upon dozens of Steam titles that I own but haven't listed because they're not in the database. If there were a competition for most absurd backlog ever, I'd be a real contender.

You call that a backlog? I don't even have the time to type up mine!

Yours only goes back to the PS1, that is adorable.

I have Spectrum +1 48K games I still fool myself into believing I'll go back and beat someday.
