The Darkness II is now available in stores throughout North America, for both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms. A PC version is also available and can be activated only with a Steam account. International versions will be available starting on February 10th.

Many moons ago, in the ancient month of July 2011, Microsoft released a picture of a spiffy new Xbox 360 bundle with a Star Wars theme. Pictured above, the R2-D2-themed console, gold C-3PO controller, and (one assumes) ice planet Hoth-colored Kinect made Star Wars fans drool.

Being an EA game, it's really not surprising to find that new copes of Kingdom of Amalur come with an online pass code. What's unusual (but not unique) about this particular online pass is that instead of locking out an online multiplayer mode, it restricts access to a 7-part single player questlines. At least, that's what it sounds like.
