Gotham City Impostors launches today on XBLA with 100 pieces of DLC
If you take a look at the Xbox Live Marketplace today, you'll see no fewer than 100 pieces of DLC for the new team-based shooter Gotham City Impostors. That's quite a lot for a game that just came out. So what is it all?
Well, it's all cosmetic. There are no superpowered DLC weapons or gadgets to give anyone an advantage over anyone else simply for being willing to pay more. It's also all unlockable in-game. Yes, similar to the Team Fortress 2 hats that have been such a hit for Valve, players have the option of buying these accessories to customize their characters, or just waiting until they can unlock them through playing.
Gotham City Impostors is out now on the XBLA Marketplace and PSN Store for 1200 MSP, $14.99, or hundreds and hundreds of dollars depending on how you want to look at it.
