The brand new Gunzerker class for Borderlands 2 was revealed months ago, and now we're finally getting some information about it beyond the fact that it has a great name.

The Gunzerkers most obvious draw is his ability to use two different guns at once, called, appropriately, "gunzerking." The downside is that he can only do it for a limited time, so the question will always be which guns to use and when to use them.

The Gunzerkers three skill trees highlight three different play styles. The "Rampage" skill tree is all about offense. Its Yippe Ki Yay skill grants more gunzerking time for each kill, for example. The "Brawn" skill tree is clearly built for multiplayer, drawing enemy ire to the Gunzerker and upping defense and health with the Come At Me, Bro skill. The third skill tree, "Gun Lust," seems to be more single player focused, with the ability to absorb extra damage done to enemies as health. Of course, skills from all three trees can be mixed and matched for more useful combos.

One bonus tidbit of news: The Siren class will return, but will reportedly be "very, very different" from what you saw in Borderlands 1. It won't have the Phasewalking ability, for one thing, but other differences are still unknown.
