Tropico 4's 'Junta' DLC Gets El Presidente's Approval

El Presidente's tropical paradise just got a little bit bigger, with Tropico 4's new 'Junta' DLC now available for the Xbox 360 version. For only 400 Microsoft Points, tropical dictators can expand their empires with some new content.

The new DLC is military themed, offering bunkers to house Tropico's soldiers, dress uniforms for female Presidentes, a number of new decoration items, and a brand new mission theme called "New Sparta." New Sparta forces players to deal with the constant threat of rebel insurgents as they build a militaristic society capable of crushing any who oppose the glorious dictator.

Quite a deal for only five dollars, all in addition to the impressive amount of content Tropico 4 already provides. For those yet unfamiliar with the game, Tropico 4 provides a Sim City-esque sandbox where players seek to build their island nation's power and importance in the world, all while doing their best to keep various factions, including their own citizens, happy. Of course, disasters of all sorts are also an ever-present threat.

As mentioned, the 'Junta' DLC is already available for download. If you've been wanting for more Tropico 4, then here's your chance.
