Assassin's Creed Anthology confirmed
3 lifetimes of murder in one handy package
It looks like you’ll soon be able to get every console release in the Assassin’s Creed series in a single box. A listing on Amazon France outed the anthology, and IGN has since received confirmation of its existence direct from Ubisoft.
The Assassin’s Creed Anthology Edition will include Assassin’s Creed, Assassin’s Creed 2, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, and the just-released Assassin’s Creed 3. That’s a whole lot of murdering in one package.
It seems that all singleplayer and multiplayer bonus DLC for these titles will also be included. A leaked promotional image shows that the package will be housed in an exclusive steelbook, and includes 5 exclusive lithographs as well as the Assassin’s Creed 3 Season Pass.
The image boasts that the pack will include “all Assassin’s Creed games ever released on Xbox 360.” It’s unknown whether this means the bundle will not be coming to other platforms.
So if you’ve yet to delve into the world of historical death-dealing and sci-fi incomprehension offered across the Assassin’s Creed catalogue, it might be worth hanging on just a little bit longer. In the meantime, check out the Honest Gamers review of Assassin’s Creed 3.
