Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will be big/cheaper on Wii U eShop.
I guess games aren't sold by the pound.
Alliterative fighting game Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will be available as both a retail disc and eShop download when the game launches on Wii U. Namco has revealed that the game is preeettty big, weighing in at 16.7 GB. It won't fit on the white Wii U's internal memory, and depending on how Wii U handles downloads, it might not actually be downloadable directly to a 32 GB black Wii U. That's what those external hard drives are for, right?
It may be huge, but there's some incentive to buy the digital version besides convenience. The retail version will be priced at 6,980 yen in Japan, or $87. The download, however, will cost a measly 6,280, or $78. (Don't expect either version to cost more than the standard $60 in North America.) This is noteworthy because retail games that are available on the 3DS eShop are priced at their respective retail MSRPs.
