Darkstalkers resurrected at New York Comic Con

Darkstalkers Resurrection image

It's not Darkstalkers 4, but it's something.

Hey, you know that weird bat lady who shows up in all of Capcom's "vs" fighting games? The kinda skanky one who does that weird thing with her fingernails when she's not attacking? Her name is Morrigan, she's from this old fighting game called Darkstalkers, see, and it's getting a current gen port.

Well, not the first game in the series, but Night Warriors: Darkstalkers Revenge and Darkstalkers 3. They're being bundled together, like the recent Marvel vs. Capcom: Origins, and will include all of the nifty features that collection got, including in-game achievements (along with the standard trophies and achivements), a variety of filters and display options, and, of course, online play.

Darkstalkers Resurrection will be hitting both PSN and XBLA for $14.99 or 1200 Microsoft Moonpennies. The game hasn't been dated, but it's kind of crazy that it probably won't be out before Halloween, right?

Rhody likes to press the keys on his keyboard. Sometimes the resulting letters form strings of words that kind of make sense when you think about them for a moment. Most times they're just random gibberish that should be ignored. Ball-peen wobble glurk.
