Get Donkey Kong: Original Edition with unrelated 3DS games

Hope you really like crossword puzzles.

Donkey Kong: Original Edition is a tweaked version of the NES version of Donkey Kong with the previously missing second level, 50m, finally added. Until now, this Virtual Console exclusive was only available in Europe, and only with the purchase of a new red Wii. In comparison, buying a new 3DS game isn't such a big deal, right?

Well, it's not, assuming you're interested in Crosswords Plus and Art Academy: Lessons For Everyone. If you buy either of these games digitally from the 3DS eShop before January 6th (and you have your 3DS linked to your Club Nintendo account), you'll get a download code for Donkey Kong: Original Edition for 3DS.

Both games release today for $29.99.

Rhody likes to press the keys on his keyboard. Sometimes the resulting letters form strings of words that kind of make sense when you think about them for a moment. Most times they're just random gibberish that should be ignored. Ball-peen wobble glurk.
