The Land of Vana'diel remix album reminds you that Final Fantasy XI music is awesome
No Sanctuary of Zi'Tah. Stop asking.
Many Final Fantasy fans may have skipped Final Fantasy XI, being an MMORPG and all. Those poor souls missed out on a great soundtrack.
Video game music remixer Tweex has some fond memories of the game, and that's why he's released an orchestral remix album of the game's tunes.
"My only hope is that the album I’ve created will do justice to the fine work from Nobuo Uematsu, Naoshi Mitszuda, and Kumi Tanioka," says Tweex. "The journey I’ve taken over the past three years with this project has shown me just how amazing these three composers truly are."
Like other similar albums, The Land of Vana'diel is a labour of love, and love is free. Check out the album's site if you want to download it, which you totally do.

Rhody likes to press the keys on his keyboard. Sometimes the resulting letters form strings of words that kind of make sense when you think about them for a moment. Most times they're just random gibberish that should be ignored. Ball-peen wobble glurk. |
