Dragon Quest X dated in Japan
Everyone in Japan loves Dragon Quest. Every. Single. Person. You can be sure the whole country is excited to learn that Dragon Quest X launches there on August 2nd.
Dragon Quest X is noteworthy for being an MMO in a traditionally conservative and nostalgic JRPG series. Consumers can either buy the game alone for ¥6,980 or pay an extra ¥2,000 for a bundle with a USB drive (required to play the game). Being subscription based, the game comes with a 20 day trial, and more play time can be bought for between ¥1,000 and ¥2,900 for 30 to 90 days.
No word on when or if North America will see a release. Square-Enix also confirmed that a Wii U version is still in the works, but didn't offer any details.

Rhody likes to press the keys on his keyboard. Sometimes the resulting letters form strings of words that kind of make sense when you think about them for a moment. Most times they're just random gibberish that should be ignored. Ball-peen wobble glurk. |
