Three new DLC packs announced for Battlefield 3

Battlefield 3 image

Three months after the release of the first DLC expansion for Battlefield 3, DICE and EA have announced three more.

First up, in June, is Close Quarters, which appears to focus on infantry and indoor shootouts without much breathing room. Close Quarters includes new weapons, assignments, and dog tags. Later, in the fall, comes Armored Kill, which focuses on tanks, ATVs, and other vehicles, and includes "the biggest map in Battlefield history." Lastly, End Game launches this winter. DICE and EA aren't ready to release any details about this one, but with a name like that, it sounds pretty... "final."

None of these expansions have been given exact release dates or prices, but the Back to Karkand expansion is available now for 1200 MSP/$14.99.
