In Pimp My Ride, you'll work alongside Xzibit to customize the heck out of various folks' rides. The name of the game isn't necessarily making the coolest vehicle by your specifications, but rather coming up with a combination of customized parts that will most appeal to your customer at the time.
The game also heats things up in race modes, where you'll be racing against the clock as you work to gather all the parts from nearby shops while avoiding your evil competition from a rival shop. The streets of Pimp City are dangerous.
To keep things true to the show, the developer has enlisted Xzibit for more than just his pretty face. The popular celebrity is lending four tracks from his latest CD to the game's soundtrack, and he's also lending his likeness and voice to the project (not only that, but he co-wrote the lines you'll hear him speak).
If you're anxious to start pimping, you'll want to watch store shelves when this game releases just in time for the holidays later this year. In the meantime, check out our gallery of screenshots and pop in an Xzibit CD.
