I need to keep this blog updated so I present a slideshow from my Dragon Quest V adventure on the SNES9x.
L: SNES periscope section. R: The most interesting pot so far.
L: Should be an easy way to get all of the best armor and weapons with savestates. R: A little humor to break up the adventuring.
L: I bought a caravan so I can now have monsters join my team. R: Mostly slimes so far.

Looks cool! I haven't played that game yet. I will when it comes out on the Virtual Console, though, for sure! The Dragon Quest series is one of the best ever. I was so ticked off when they canceled VI (or was it V?) in the US, after localizing it and everything, because Enix decided to close shop before releasing what could've been its biggest title.
