About Me:

Sorry, but I haven't yet shared the information about myself that would typically display here. Check back later to see if that changes, or if I instead choose to remain an enigma.

Xenosaga Episode III: Also sprach Zarathustra

TWO AND HALF WEEKS.

I don't think I've ever spent that long trying to write a review before. I wrote about three half reviews that I didn't like so I stopped before I finally settled down on this one. Still, I'd probably still be floundering if Zig hadn't given me some solid advice, so thanks for that. Overall, I'm pleased with how it came out. That probably means everybody else hates it, but meh, sometimes you take the personal.

And Sportsman said it was like a Xenogears review made by some dude named BillyKane. Until I can figure out who that is, I'll take it as a compliment.

A thought.
August 29, 2006

I'd like to talk about something that's been on my mind for a while. It's a touchy subject, very near and dear. Everyone's experienced it. Everyone's felt the pain. It's something we deal with all the time.

PEOPLE TALKING IN THEATRES.

Now, don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with a word or two exchanged between people in the middle of a movie. Whispering. Maybe a giggle. Not too loud. But when you hold a full-fledged conversation in the movie theater, when you're jumping around like a monkey and making noises that match, THEN you're crossing lines.

But still...nooooooooo!

Naming the big dance...
August 24, 2006

It occurs to me that GameFaqs vs. HonestGamers vs. Gamespot is entirely too clunky a title, and it also risks confusion with those wanting top billing. So...

POTENTIAL NAMES:

The Big Dance

Civil War

Reviewer's War I

Um...damn, I thought I had more. The name is hardly the most important part, but I think it's important that something of this magnitude has a universal name that suits it. And it really is more like a war than a tourney...

Any ideas?
