1. The Legend of Zelda - still my favorite and one of my favorite games ever, wrote a review for this one.
2. The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening - somewhat close second, also reviewed this one.
3. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time/Master Quest - still great but time hasn't been nice to this one.
4. Zelda II: The Adventure of Link - has its problems but overall a unique and interesting game.
5. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess - fantastic combat that basically makes the other 3D Zeldas feel horrible. Rest of the game was very hit or miss.
6. The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons - think I have to give this the nod over Ages. Ages was more challenging and better when it was at its best, though the gimmick got old after a while.
7. The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages
8. The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask - interesting approach, but the running arond talking to people ultimately isn't as good as the classic formula.
9. The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past - lots of charm, but some very poor elements such as iffy controls, bad overworld map and overall forgettable dungeons.
10. The Legend of Zelda: Windwaker - I like the graphics and had some interesting parts, but the sailing did get tedious. At parts it seemed to lose its charm, and the treasure hunt at the end was nearly game breaking.
11. The Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap - completely forgettable. Did nothing for me.
